Have you ever felt bad after you messed up? Yes. Good! What did you want more than anything right then? That it had never happened. Great, you’re in the place where GOD wants you! But I failed Him again! Yes, and you may have to suffer the consequences of your sin. JESUS already paid for your failure, so you need to turn from sin (repent) and get back to where He can use you. How do I do that? The same way you were saved, give it to JESUS! He will take away the guilt and shame and restore your joy!
“Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation” (Psalms 51:9-12 KJV).
Just remember, JESUS loves you and “will never leave thee, nor forsake thee” (Heb 13:5 KJV).
