Another prominent Christian died unexpectedly, cut down in the prime of his life! How could this have happened? He was such a good example of what we should be, that his enemies had to lie to justify their celebration of his murder. But why bring up this old story? Charlie Kirk’s story came to an end sooner than expected. No, it was the beginning!
He was welcomed by JESUS who said, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord” (Mat 25:21 KJV). He understands why he wasn’t protected from death and has no regrets.
Charlie Kirk is in Heaven, not because he was good and did good, but because “God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 KJV). He needed a SAVIOR, believed on JESUS, and was Born Again! If we accept GOD’s love, believe in His Son and follow JESUS, we too can die without regrets and “enter into the joy of the lord” and it will never end!
Sadly, many others died that day and most heard JESUS say, “I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” (Mat 7:23 KJV) and “whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire” (Rev 20:15 KJV), and that will never end either!
