“And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved… and then shall the end come” (Mat 24:10-14 KJV).
People are easily offended these days, and that behavior has joined the Church. We should be concerned about what offends GOD, but our self-centered mentality has made it all about us! It has gotten so bad, it’s hard to tell many Churches from the world. Pastors must be careful what they preach, so they won’t offend and get fired. Have they never heard “Touch not mine anointed” (Psa 105:15 KJV)? Have they no fear? If they won’t hear the truth from their Pastor, what are they telling others? Where does that fit into “love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind” and “Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself” (Mat 22:37 and 39 KJV)? We must share the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help us GOD! That’s why JESUS commanded us to be offensive! Share the Good News!
