You must pay tuition to maintain your enrollment. You can make payments by check or money order at the campus or online using the payment link . Heritage Christian Academy requires a one-month notice if you plan to withdraw.

Payment Plans:
- Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA): Parents must confirm enrollment by June 1. * TEFA does not pay for Extended Day.
- Ten-month Payment Plan: Ten equal payments beginning August 1 and due on the first of each month afterward through May 1. Payments are due regardless of attendance.
- Registration Fees: Due by July 1st
Fees are nonrefundable. New families are asked to submit the Application Fee to complete the enrollment process. Once your enrollment is accepted, the Registration Fee is due in full. Students may begin attending classes once all required fees have been received. Continuing families may choose to use their TEFA funds toward Annual Fees.
Tuition is fully refundable before classes begin in August. After the school year starts, tuition refunds may be considered only in specific circumstances, such as a job-related relocation, job loss, death, or a serious illness or injury that prevents attendance. Withdrawals for other reasons may result in an outstanding balance, particularly for families using the ten‑month payment plans.
Monthly payments are due on the first of each month. Payments received after the tenth will include a 5% finance charge. If payment and any applicable finance charges are not received by the end of the month, the student may be withdrawn unless alternative arrangements have been approved by the Finance Committee. Payments may be made by check or money order on campus, or online using the payment link provided on your invoice.
