Likely to Fail…
JESUS said, “broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat…and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it” (Mat. 7:13-14 KJV). Since He didn’t qualify (limit) that statement, it means statistically you are likely to fail! How can you say that? Read it again! JESUS said it.
How can we be likely to fail when “God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 KJV)? The plan is perfect, and we have GOD’s WORD to guide us, and the power of the HOLY SPIRIT to help us succeed!
John 3:16 is only Good News to those who believe “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Heb. 11:6 KJV). JESUS also said, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3 KJV).
I’ve done that and I’m under grace, now what? You must follow and obey JESUS! “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God” (1 Cor. 6:9-10 KJV)!
The Good News, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Phil. 4:13 KJV) so you don’t have to fail!
