With trouble around the world and new problems appearing every day, it makes me wonder when (or if) things will get better. Trouble has always been a part of life, but there seems to be some method to the madness. It’s like a “master plan” is unfolding right before our eyes.
The plan began in earnest in the U.S. when GOD was expelled from school. Until that time, few questioned belief in GOD and our freedom of religion. Other religious beliefs or non-beliefs didn’t go against the majority view. That changed when one woman complained and had GOD kicked out of school. Our own freedom of religion was twisted into freedom from religion and upheld by the US Supreme Court. That attack was just the beginning and GOD has been removed from public buildings, lands, functions and actions under the name of protecting our freedom. Does a “godless education” sound like freedom to you?
Another anti-Christian victory was legalized abortion. Who would have dreamed we would ever allow our children to be killed in the mother’s womb? We cherished life and looked up to mothers who sacrificed their own life to protect their children. Now a woman’s right to kill her unborn child is aggressively defended as we move closer to killing children even after they are born. Proclaimed as a “women’s rights” issue, what are the baby’s rights?
A huge part of “the master plan” is the breakup of the traditional family. Divorce has eaten away at the family for years and efforts to keep families together are attacked. Individual’s wants and desires have a higher priority, so marriage has become an inconvenience. The latest attack is same-sex marriage. Anyone who disagrees, even on religious grounds, is labeled as hateful and intolerant. Business owners are forced to participate or face criminal charges.
The main part of the plan is religion. But you ask, isn’t that supposed to be the solution? Religion as we know it is part of the problem. Religion is mans attempt to get to GOD and do or be good enough so GOD will accept us. GOD showed us that doesn’t work in the Old Testament. Relying on the power of man or misused scriptures, religion can’t defeat the power of sin. In fact, much of “Christian” religion is working against GOD by condoning what GOD doesn’t and tolerating sin. Going even farther, many religious leaders have become anti-Christ by denying His WORD, His power and the HOLY SPIRIT. That made much of the Church weak and allowed the other attacks to succeed. Religion is definitely part of the Master plan.
So what is GOD’s plan to defeat the attacks of the “thief” who comes to “steal, and to kill, and to destroy” (John 10:10 KJV)? His plan is JESUS! That isn’t religion, it’s a relationship! “God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” “God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17). GOD’s plan is Salvation! Accept JESUS CHRIST as your LORD and SAVIOUR, read and follow GOD’s WORD, and you will become part of the plan. Be filled with the HOLY SPIRIT and you have the power to overcome the enemy! That’s THE MASTER’S plan!
